Shipping Policy

NAVA Exclusive is based in Florida, USA. All products are directly shipped from our U.S. warehouse with a domestic USPS tracking number.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note, USPS states that shipping for certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive as a result of COVID-19.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping for orders over $100.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NAVA Exclusive is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Pickup Policy

All pickup orders placed before 5pm EST will be available for next day pickup between 12pm-1pm EST. Excluding weekends and holidays. 

Customers can not choose to have some items shipped and some items picked up on the same order. Instead, customers should place two separate orders. 

In order for a customer to be eligible to choose the pick up option for their order, they must meet the below requirements:

  • All the products in the cart are eligible for pickup.
  • All the products are available in inventory at a pickup location.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@navaexclusive.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
